Students welcome however, you MUST be able to work a 37.5hr week, Monday - Thursday 12 - 8pm & Friday 11 - 7pm.

About the role:

With excellent training in a very supportive team environment you will represent Australia’s leading telecommunications company.

  • In this role you will call existing customers to enhance and add value to their services
  • You will be expected to seek out up-selling and cross-selling opportunities in order to improve customer experience as well as achieve sales targets.
  • You will be involved in sales campaigns that would offer you variety to sell and would keep you occupied.
  • You will notice every day here is excitingly different and you will get to learn new things on an ongoing basis.

You will possess:

  • Strong computer skills
  • A great attitude and enthusiasm
  • A positive & self-motivated approach to work
  • A passion for sales
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • An ability to negotiate and handle objections
  • Previous experience in sales - face to face, retail or telephone (preferable)

You will be rewarded with:
